Just left the one in Cincinnati. They are limiting the amount in the store

limiting patrons is not the same as closing operations.

last time I was at my local WM they had closed down their rear doors, it's an odd place with 2, even 3 entrances if Lawn and Garden is open , it's not your typical WM, much smaller and two distinct entrances on opposite sides of the building

they shuffle you in through one door, and count you through another door as you leave, to limit people in the store

likely a corporate decision, there are almost 5k stores in just the US, so they have to macro-manage it, and leave no discretion to low level management like store managers or lower.

shit, it works, look at the history of their stock, it is like Mcdonalds, IBM, etc.
